Appointments
Initial Appointment - $170 - 60-75 minutes
Initial appointments are designed to provide comprehensive care with a thorough exploration of your overall health. We’ll discuss your current health concerns, medical history, body systems, diet, lifestyle, and wellness goals to gain a complete picture of your well-being.
Following your appointment, you will receive a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs. This may include recommendations for pathology or function testing (if appropriate), along with a prescription for herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, and targeted diet and lifestyle interventions to support your health journey.
Follow-Up Appointment - $110 - 45 minutes
During follow-up appointments, we’ll review any test results and adjust your treatment plan as needed to ensure ongoing progress. Regular check-ins every 4-6 weeks allow me to support you through each stage of your treatment.
For long-term health goals, achieving long lasting results typically requires several months, as we work through the various factors contributing to your health concerns. Consistent follow-ups helps us to refine your plan, track improvements, and ensure you’re on the right path toward optimal well-being.
Acute Appointment - $60 - 15-20 minutes
This appointment is for urgent concerns or acute illnesses that require prompt attention, such as urinary tract infections, viral illnesses, or other immediate health needs. It is available exclusively for existing patients.
