Pricing, Payments, & Refunds

  • Pricing: All prices are in AUD and may change at any time without notice.

  • Payment: All consultation fees and product purchases must be paid in full before or at the time of service. I do not store payment details.

  • Returns & Refunds: Refunds are not available for consultations once they have been completed. Refunds for products will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Appointments & Cancellations

  • Rescheduling & Cancellations: I require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened, and the full fee may still apply.

  • No Shows: Missed appointments without notice may incur a cancellation fee.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
